## What it is

Astrocartography is locational astrology. The calculator maps where the Sun, Moon, and other planets were rising, setting, overhead, or below the horizon at birth, then projects those positions onto Earth as planetary lines.

## What it calculates

Required inputs: birth date, birth time (or unknown), and birth location with time zone.

Output: a personalized astrocartography map with lines for Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto across ASC, DSC, MC, and IC.

## How to use it

## Important limits

- Birth time affects the geographic position of angle-based lines. Unknown birth time makes some lines approximate.
